We’re RealtorRecon, a Florida-based company changing how small businesses find new work. We work with real home service companies: roofers, pool service companies, HVAC pros, movers, security companies, and other local operators.
Our clients are not big corporations. They are the people actually doing the work, and we help them find opportunities tied to real estate activity before their competitors do.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for confident salespeople who can talk naturally with small business owners and close deals over the phone.
This is a 1099 commission-based role for people who want real upside and don’t need to be micromanaged. You’ll be speaking with roofers, pool service companies, HVAC pros, movers, security companies, and other home service businesses.
Experience in B2B sales, home services, phone sales, or lead generation helps, but it’s not required. What matters most is that you can communicate clearly, follow up quickly, and turn real conversations into closed accounts.
What You'll Do
- You’ll handle inbound callbacks from small business owners, explain what Realtor Recon does, and close accounts when there is a fit.
This is not a traditional cold-calling role. We generate the opportunities. Your job is to have the conversation, control the call, and close.
What We Offer
- 20% recurring commission every month your client stays active
- 100% remote, independent 1099 position. You select your availability.
- Realistic pay: $60,000–$120,000+ (top reps can do a lot more)
