Project Manager
Established construction company located in the East Bay, looking for experienced project manager/ estimator to help support with our commercial TI retail, Restaurant projects and Residential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Time management: Create a schedule for each project to ensure deadlines are met, ordering material / equipment ahead of time. Documenting every key point. Able to lead project and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed within established goals and quality for customer satisfaction
*Assist with building permits and calling for inspections
*Represent our company in a professional and ethical matter at all time while creating a positive client relationship and pressure new project opportunities
Qualification:
*Minimum 5 years of project manager on commercial TI (Cafes, Restaurants) experience
*Minimum of 10 years of hands on experience on the field
*Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and decision-making skills and advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain performance level under varying degrees of pressure and uncertainty, and effectively dealing with situations for which few or no guidelines exist.
*Strong construction management skills computer skills- excel - word etc.
Full time position: Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
