Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine list
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 Years serving experience in an upscale fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Wine experience required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairing a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler's certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6.75 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
