Must be able to work in Broward, Palm Beach & Miami-Dade Counties.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends, and travel (accommodation, mobilization, and per diem will be paid).

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dedicated painters to join our dynamic team in. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces through precise surface preparation, expert application of paints and coatings, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation and new construction projects, utilizing your skills to ensure exceptional results that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Execute painting tasks using various techniques including brush, roller, hand tools, conventional spraying, and airless paint spraying for a smooth finish.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute project specifications.
- Apply construction spray painting and industrial painting techniques on different surfaces such as stucco, masonry, concrete, and metal fixtures.
- Perform restoration work on existing structures by matching colors using visual color comparison and understanding color theory principles.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety regulations including proper use of respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople during renovation or remodeling projects to ensure seamless project execution.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site painting including surface preparation and finishing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes related to painting projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and ladders safely and effectively.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and schematics for precise application of paint systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations specific to construction painting environments including respiratory protection protocols.
- Knowledge of color theory for accurate color matching and aesthetic finishing.
- Experience with various types of paints such as industrial coatings, residential paints, commercial paints, and specialty finishes like stucco or masonry coatings.
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities accurately.
- Skilled in fixture installation, caulking, trim carpentry, plastering, renovation work, and maintenance tasks related to painting projects.
