Application Question(s):
- When would you be able to start?
- I will likely have a background check done on you as part of hiring process. I understand that every story has two sides. I like to give everyone the chance to explain their side before I do the background check. Is there anything you want me to be aware of before looking into your legal background?
- You will be responsible for getting yourself to whatever town we are working in each week; or, at least getting yourself close to where your foreman lives to ride with them. Do you have a reliable means to get yourself to and from work?
- Unless we happen to be working in the town where you live, we frequently leave for the whole week to go to work in another town. Will this be a problem for you?
- Did you read the full job description?
- Have you worked for Dave Loden Construction in the past? If so when was your last experience with us?
- Please describe any experience you have had with: single-ply membrane roofing, roofing in general, or construction experience. Please be specific. Please tell me about your specific job, responsibilities, or any significant projects you might have worked on. Please also list any certifications or licenses that you hold.
- Dave Loden Construction maintains a drug-free workplace in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Pre-employment drug screening is required and conducted through a third-party provider. While marijuana (THC) remains prohibited under company policy due to safety-sensitive job duties, pre-employment testing panels will not include THC. However, the company reserves the right to test for THC and other substances in the event of a workplace incident, reasonable suspicion (including observed signs or symptoms of impairment), or as otherwise permitted by law. All testing must be completed through an approved third-party provider. Our primary testing facility is located in Casper, Wyoming; alternate locations may be approved but must be arranged by the applicant. Employment is contingent upon compliance with this policy.
Will doing a drug screening be a problem?
