Productiv is hiring for a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates.
Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
- Review, screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
- Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the hiring process
- Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings
- Completes Form I-9 and participates in E-Verify for all employees
- New Hire Orientations/Onboarding
- Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
- Track and manage employee attendance
- Process payroll and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- MUST be a team player and work well with others
- Attention to detail
- Recruiting (1 years)
- Human Resources (1 year)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Kronos is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be comfortable working in an office onsite in a warehouse environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
