Position Summary
St. Moritz Enterprises is seeking a Project Lead to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing project activities, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing assigned projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership. This position is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow into a more senior project management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Assist with resource planning and workload coordination.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and leadership decision-making.
- Perform additional project coordination and operational support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, program support, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365 Applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government contracts or Federal programs.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or government contracting.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Copilot.
- CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications (or progress toward certification).
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
