With our Houston branch established, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Branch General Manager to accelerate its growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an expanding operation backed by an established company with a proven history of success. As Drake continues its expansion throughout Texas, this role offers the opportunity for future growth and increased leadership responsibility.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys building a business, developing people, and taking ownership of results. This role combines branch leadership with daily operational involvement, including performing lawn and pest services, generating new business, recruiting and training technicians, and building a high-performing team.

- Maintains a clean driving record and can pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily branch operations
- Recruit, train and develop sales and service employees
- Perform field work and assist technicians as business needs require
- Grow residential and commercial customer accounts
- Manage inventory and fleet operations
- Drive profitability and expand Drake's presence throughout the Houston market
