Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and service spaces using industry-standard methods and equipment
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies to support housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for staff and guests
- Support janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation across all hotel areas
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or maintenance needs promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and hospitality industry best practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
- Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
