Medical Packaging Machine Operator
Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
SourceNow is hiring dependable Machine Operators for a growing Medical Packaging Department. Great long-term opportunity in a stable manufacturing environment.
Earn up to $19.00/hr
- $17.00/hr base pay
- $1.00/hr shift differential
- $1.00/hr attendance bonus
- Overtime available
Responsibilities:
- Review daily production schedules and orders
- Set up and operate packaging machinery
- Perform quality checks and complete documentation accurately
- Identify and report quality concerns
- Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
- Follow written procedures and safety standards
- Safely climb ladders as needed
- Use latex gloves during certain operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement conversion skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
