As an Executive Assistant you will play a critical role by:

Supporting the Chief Executive Officer
- Managing the Chief Executive Officer's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive and important matters.

Supporting CEO by accomplishing a variety of personal tasks and errands, in a quick and efficient manner.

Managing credit card reconciliation and expense reports on behalf of executives.
- Screening and directing phone calls.
- Being the point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO - Identifying priorities.

Maintaining office and other properties organization and optimization.

Responding to occasional calls and emails outside of standard operating hours.

Assisting in special projects, events, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Experience in an executive assistant role is a plus.

Working knowledge of software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

WORK SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but there will be occasions when the schedule varies beyond the specified times and will be adjusted. This position will work in-office at our Draper, Utah location.
