Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and transfer needs, including the use of assistive devices.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Must pass a background check.
