[Armed Detention Supervisor Job Responsibilities]

Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts.

Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.

Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.

Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.

Trains new officers.

Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.

Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
[Work Hours ]
This position will utilize a 3 on 3 off chart with tours ( 7x3 3x11 11x7) rotating every 90 days.
[Armed Detention Superviors Qualifications and Skills]

Must have supervisory experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Can always stay alert
[Education and Experience Requirements]

College education preferred but not required
-
Minimum of 5 years of detention officer, law enforcement, or military police experience.

State Unrestricted Carry Permit
-
State Armed Security License
