Full-Time Account Representative – Collections

In this full-time, in-person position, you’ll work directly with consumers to resolve past-due accounts for our growing portfolio of West Coast clients. We’re looking for motivated, professional individuals who are confident communicators, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Make manual outbound calls to consumers regarding past-due accounts
- Work with consumers to identify appropriate solutions and resolve outstanding balances
- Perform skip tracing to locate updated consumer contact information
- Communicate professionally with attorneys and other authorized third parties
- Handle disputes and work toward resolutions
- Refer accounts for legal review when appropriate
- Maintain accurate account documentation and records
- Follow all applicable industry regulations, company policies, and compliance guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and technology

- Previous collections experience is not required!
