Tropical Smoothie Café is looking to hire Full-Time & Part-Time Crew Member with daytime avalibility to join our team at Columbus, NE.
The Crew Member will be responsible for making our delicious smoothies, healthy food options and delivering an unparalleled customer experience with proper sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepair and assemble food and smoothies to brand standards.
- Properly cleaning equipment.
- Maintaining a clean work area.
- Working safely around equipment.
- Training new staff members.
- Reporting any equipment or operational issues.
- Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Operate the POS register, handle cash, and be responsible.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in coffee or food service preferred but not required.
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly.
- Ability to work well under pressure (speed of service), with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
