BMI LLC is a small business in Dade City, FL. We are fast-paced, rewarding and seeking to find hard working individuals who are proud of great work.
We're looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to install new mobile homes. The ideal candidate would be punctual, loves working with their hands, being outside and enjoys a fast pace environment. Candidates should be tolerable to high outdoor heat and humidity. We install new mobile homes on lots. We use heavy equipment daily and install anchors, lag floors and roofs and remove hitches, axles and tires. Heavy lifting is required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license (CDL is preferred but not required)
- Must be able to quality for CDL (pass physical, have a good driving record, and be able to pass test)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be punctual with arrival time at 4:45am
- Construction experience (preferred)
- Plumbing experience (preferred)
- Must be able and willing to perform manual labor
- Must be able to work hard and well with others
- Must be drug free
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in heat and humidity
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and/or foreman and work cohesively as a team
**We start at 4:45am in an effort to meet our customers expectations as well as beat the high temperatures and inclement Florida weather.**
Responsibilities:
- Assist crew with loading and unloading material at job site
- Learn each step in setting/installing a mobile home
- Clean up all debris on job site before departing and discard materials
- Drive with trailer and heavy equipment to job sites.
- Work safely but effective to meet goals
- Be respectful of others
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting moderate to heavy materials
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and exposure to elements
- Must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with guidelines including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
