Are you ready to Freddy? If you're a Fargo foodie, you might be. We make something special here in Fargo - lefse. We need someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and roll the dough to the perfect thinness of Freddy’s.
Join our dynamic team as our Packaging Specialist and become a vital part of crafting this beloved traditional Norwegian flatbread! In this role you will be responsible for cooling and packaging the lefse, ensuring each batch meets our high-quality standards built on 80 years of tradition.
Our operating hours fluctuate throughout the year as follows:
- We start promptly at 8 a.m. each work day.
- Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 20-32 hours/week with Friday afternoons off.
- Fall hours are Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week.
- We only bake 4-8 hours/week during our low season of January-April.
- No evenings, weekends or holidays. Flexibility when you need a day off.
Simple IRA 3% match after one year of employment.
Starting at $16/hr. with year-end bonus.

Physical Requirements
No experience necessary, but must be able to stand for long periods, reach, lift and bend.
