CTI IS HIRING CDL-A COMPANY DRIVERS IN SPRINGFIELD, MO AND KINGMAN, AZ
Full-time regional drivers average $1,700–$2,000 gross weekly. Choose from East Regional Delivery, West Regional Delivery or a dedicated terminal-to-terminal Team Relay.
At least one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience is required. Local experience alone does not satisfy this requirement unless supported by previous verifiable OTR experience.
EAST REGIONAL DELIVERY – SPRINGFIELD, MO
Drivers pick up in Springfield, deliver freight throughout the eastern region, reload, and return to Springfield. Most runs return approximately every three days.
- $0.45 CPM, loaded and empty
- $75 for every delivery
- Additional $40 dock pay for each additional dock
- Additional $0.02 CPM while hauling Hazmat
- $500 bonus after every 10,000 loaded miles
- Flexible time off after returning to Springfield
WEST REGIONAL DELIVERY – KINGMAN, AZ
Drivers pick up in Kingman, deliver freight throughout the western region, reload, and return to Kingman. Most runs return approximately every three days.
- $0.45 CPM, loaded and empty
- $40 for every qualifying delivery or pickup stop
- Additional $0.02 CPM while hauling Hazmat
- $150 California live-load pay
- $75 qualifying Midwest live-delivery pay
- $500 bonus after every 10,000 loaded miles
- Flexible time off after returning to Kingman
TEAM TERMINAL RELAY – SPRINGFIELD, MO ? KINGMAN, AZ
Teams run dedicated refrigerated freight between CTI’s Springfield, MO and Kingman, AZ terminals. Drivers may be based at either terminal.
- First round trip: $600 per driver
- Second round trip: $650 per driver
- Third round trip: $700 per driver
- Up to $1,950 weekly per driver after three round trips
- Pay is not split between the team
- Terminal-to-terminal freight
- 100% no-touch loads

A Hazmat endorsement is not required when applying. Drivers must be willing to obtain it and are expected to complete the process within 90 days of hire or demonstrate active progress toward completion. CTI pays the cost of obtaining the required Hazmat credentials.

Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Local experience may be considered only when supported by previous verifiable OTR experience
- Must be at least 21 years old; some CTI positions require drivers to be at least 23
- Must meet all CTI and DOT qualification requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement
- Expected to obtain Hazmat within 90 days or demonstrate active progress toward completion
- Not eligible if previously enrolled in the DOT SAP program
- Must communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal personnel
Wage Range: 1500.00 - 2000.00 per week
