Key Responsibilities
- Versatile Execution: Seamlessly transition between residential/commercial cleaning tasks and client errand runs based on daily scheduling.
- Cleaning Excellence: Perform high-standard detailing, sanitization, surface restorative care, and organizational resets.
- Errand & Logistics Support: Execute client task lists efficiently, including item pickups, deliveries, site prep, and local concierge requests.
- Independent Problem Solving: Manage your daily assignment workflow independently with sharp attention to detail and efficiency.
- Real-Time Communication: Utilize mobile technology to log shifts, track task completion, and stay in direct contact with operations management.
Job Requirements
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Transportation: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
- Technology: Must have a smartphone with internet/data access to run our operational team software, check schedules, and communicate in real-time.
- Work Ethic: Strong ability to work independently without micro-management, maintaining prompt timeliness and high energy.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, stretch, lift up to 35+ lbs, and execute physical cleaning and errand tasks throughout a shift.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check
