We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agency Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive client engagement and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. The role is just like it sounds you will produce new business for the agency.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, community engagement, and social media
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products such as life, property casualty, and commercial insurance
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Customer service orientation with a talent for relationship building and client communication
- Ability to work independentlyin a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Self motivated goal driven individual
- must meet a weekly monthly and yearly sales goal
- must be able to obtain P&C license within 2 weeks.
