PharmPro is seeking a full-time hire Staff Pharmacist dedicated to serving behavioral health and intellectual & developmental disability populations in Uniontown, PA. a Long Term Care pharmacy.
- Must have a PA pharmacist License
- Permeant full time hire
- Shift: M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Long Term Care experience.
Main Responsibilities
Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness, including drug selection, dosage, and potential interactions
Maintain accurate patient profiles, including medical history, lab data, and concurrent medications
Ensure appropriate lab monitoring for high-risk conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team as needed
Maintain all required documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Report medication-related errors to the Pharmacist in Charge
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and quality assurance initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and practices
Active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of pharmacist experience, long-term care experience preferred

Schedule
This is a full time, onsite position based out of our Uniontown, PA. Work schedule and hours may vary based on business needs, operational demands, and site requirements, including potential evenings or weekend coverage as needed.
