Assembler – Heavy Industrial Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Shift schedule: M-F 2:30pm-12:00am; overtime opportunities available
This Is Not Light Assembly Work.
If you’re looking for a challenge and take pride in building tough, reliable products — this is the job for you. Our Assemblers work with heavy sheet metal products in a fast-paced, industrial environment. You’ll use hand and power tools to assemble access panels as well as roofing and floor doors that are built to last.
We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, focused, safe, and dependable — someone who shows up ready to work and ready to contribute.
What You’ll Do
· Assemble metal hardware: hinges, latches, spring packages, and more.
· Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
· Perform quality checks.
· Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
· Cross-train in other roles to support team productivity.
· Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
· Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work culture.
What You Bring
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly — this is physical work.
· Comfortable working with heavy sheet metal and industrial tools.
· Able to read blueprints, tape measures, and work orders.
· A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
