Regional Nurse (RN) – Multi‑Site Support | Highly Regarded SNF Operator | Excellent Pay
Salary - $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Nurse (RN) to support 5 skilled nursing facilities in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is an exciting opportunity with a well‑respected, multi‑state operator (around 50 buildings) known for strong clinical standards, stable leadership, and excellent resources.
The ideal candidate brings deep Pennsylvania regulatory knowledge, strong clinical leadership skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. This role offers an exceptional compensation package, full support from a seasoned leadership team, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and support to 5 SNFs in the Greater Philadelphia region
- Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and CMS standards
- Strengthen clinical systems, quality measures, and survey readiness
- Mentor, coach, and develop facility‑level nursing leadership
- Partner closely with Administrators, DONs, and corporate leadership
- Drive high‑quality resident care and strong clinical outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Pennsylvania SNF experience
- Solid understanding of PA DOH regulations, survey process, and QAPI
- Previous multi‑site or regional experience preferred
- Ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
