Pay: $22.00-$24.00 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for our client in Franklin, IN. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Assist and follow up with customers to sell products, resolve issues, and answer questions
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and customer returns
- Proactively follow up on quotes, open orders, and customer inquiries
- Provide product recommendations including pipe, pumps, valves, fittings, geotextiles, geogrids, erosion control, and drainage products
- Maintain professional, solution-oriented communication with customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and shelf maintenance
- Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training and resources
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of inside sales experience (industrial, construction, or distribution preferred)
- Ability to handle customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn ERP systems (Sage preferred)
- Mechanical and technical aptitude preferred
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
