REQUIREMENTS for the General Manager
- Valid Driver’s License with Insurance Minimum
- 1 year experience as salaried restaurant management
- Open Schedule Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Ability to perform essential physical functions of the job, including extended walking and standing
Preferred: Current ServSafe Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES for the General Manager
- Provide excellent food and customer service in a clean, safe and friendly environment.
- Work a minimum of 8 Peak Revenue Periods (Lunch, Dinner, etc) per week
- Manage the operations of a single restaurant; focused on doing what is right for the Company, our Guests, and our Employees.
- Accomplish revenue and profit goals set by the company through hiring, training and managing a capable crew.
Position requires significant motivation, initiative, responsibility and accountability for increasing sales and traffic to maximize restaurant performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
