We are seeking a responsible, proactive Event Coordinator to assist with an acoustic music concert on September 16th, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church of El Paso. This role requires someone who can self-manage, take initiative, and represent our brand with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the concert space is fully prepared prior to audience arrival (seating, stage, signage, front-of-house readiness).
- Be available for an online call 2-4 weeks prior to the event to coordinate details of the event.
- Restore the venue to its original condition after the event.
- Be the contact point with the venue staff onsite, the artist(s) and the front-of-house staff.
- Lead the front-of-house team, making sure they have their tasks clear for the event.
- Act as timekeeper to ensure the concert begins and ends on schedule.
- Familiarize yourself with the facility upon arrival (emergency exits, restrooms, accessibility access points, venue protocols).
- Assist with lighting adjustments where required (e.g., dimming lights at start, restoring after performance).
- Support front-of-house operations, including:
- Checking tickets
- Welcoming guests
- Assisting ushers
- Minimizing disruptions during the performance
- Serve as a professional and personable ambassador for the Concerts in America brand.

Experience in live events, concerts, or venue operations is welcome.

Pay: $160.00 per day
