Dedicated To Assist Home Care Services, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable and professional caregivers to support individuals in their homes throughout Connecticut.
We are hiring:
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Personal Care Assistants (PCA)
- Homemakers
- Companions

Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include:
- Providing person-centered support according to the client’s care plan
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming and other daily activities
- Supporting safe mobility, positioning and transfers
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Offering companionship, conversation and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments or community activities
- Documenting services accurately
- Reporting changes in a client’s health, mood or home environment
- Protecting each client’s privacy, safety and dignity
Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to care
- Dependable, punctual and professional
- Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation and current automobile insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Current Connecticut nurse aide certification required for CNA applicants
- Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
