Phone Repair Technician
We’re looking for a part-time or a Full-time Phone Repair Technician to join our team. If you enjoy tech, helping customers, and growing your repair skills, this role could be a great fit. Training is provided when needed, and there is an opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Work on iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Android devices
- Perform screen, battery, charging port, and other common repairs
- Sell phone accessories, cases, and related products
- Provide accurate repair and replacement estimates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience with phone, tablet, or laptop repair preferred
- Experience with iPhones, iPads, Samsung, MacBooks, etc.
- Customer service and basic sales skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Weekend availability
