The company’s Tulsa Welding School subsidiary was founded in 1949 with campuses in Tulsa, Okla., Jacksonville, Fla., Houston, and Dallas (Irving) Texas. Tulsa Welding School is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and is a member of the American Welding Society and the Association of Private Schools, Colleges, and Universities. TWS-Jacksonville is a branch campus of Tulsa Welding School, located at 2545 E. 11th St., Tulsa, OK 74104. Licensed by OBPVS and ASBPCE. Licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education, License No. 2331. Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center (TWSTC), a branch campus of Tulsa Welding School, opened and started training students in 2014. TWSTC is located at 243A Greens Road in Houston, Texas.
The Refrigeration School, Inc (RSI) was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1965. RSI trains students in the technical services that are needed today and challenges the student to reach their highest level of academic knowledge and leadership capabilities. Accredited School, ACCSC. Licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Post-Secondary Education.

Position Summary:
Responsible for all facets of the High School Admissions department. This position reports directly to the Campus President providing information of all planning, organizing, staff and development of High School Admissions. Responsible for meeting or exceeding minimum company standards for the High School Admissions department including start objectives and overall staff stability.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall successful operation of the Admissions Office for High School
- Coordinates with Department Managers to implement student enrollment strategies and manage resources in order to meet performance expectations
- Provides leadership in the execution of the business plan, the control of expenses and other managerial functions, as needed
- Develops, directs and coordinates High School Admissions activities in accomplishing its goals and objectives
- Ensures that objectives, goals, plans, budgets, policies, practices and actions produce desired student recruitment results, consistent with the overall mission and strategic plan for the High School Admissions
- Participates in the development and execution of both short-term and long-term student recruitment strategy at the campus level to ensure the Company's growth and profitability objectives and implements approved programs
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities which include the following: planning, assigning, and directing work of subordinates; appraising their performances; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Ensures that all Admissions operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the Company's policies and procedures
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Mandatory attendance at semi-annual graduation
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred minimum two years’ experience in Admissions or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred and of five years, related experience is strongly preferred.
People Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the High School Admissions Department and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Physical Environment:
- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
- Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal
- Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment
- Stooping, bending twisting, and reaching may be required
- Some work may be completed in classroom or shop environment
