A top personal injury law firm in Manhattan, seeking a professional, organized, Spanish speaking and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
● Greet clients and visitors in a professional and warm and welcoming manner;
● Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls;
● Open and distribute incoming mail;
● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area;
● Scan, copy, file, and organize legal documents and client records;
● Receive and distribute deliveries and packages;
● Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient office operations;
● Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred;
● Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred;
● Bilingual/Spanish speaking required;
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
● Professional appearance and demeanor;
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
● Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
