Titus Transport is a leading provider of dedicated grocery transportation services nationwide, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a vital, full-time role ensuring exceptional, on-time service for our fast-paced grocery delivery operations.

- Hours: 1800-0300
What You'll Be Doing
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the daily movement and dispatch of our dedicated grocery customer fleet, focusing on efficiency and communication.
- Oversee day-to-day route operations and driver assignments for a dedicated fleet.
- Schedule, plan, and confirm deliveries, ensuring high on-time performance standards.
- Proactively utilize an advanced tracking system to monitor truck locations and goods in transit.
- Dispatch drivers efficiently to and from jobs, managing real-time changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear communication with drivers and clients, and promptly addressing service issues.
- Manage vehicle/equipment maintenance schedules and communicate with maintenance personnel for smooth operations.
- Handle necessary operational paperwork and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with transportation managers and other departments to optimize routes and maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this essential role, you must meet the following:
- Proven experience in transportation logistics, preferably in a Dispatcher or Coordinator role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will be highly competitive:
- Strong background in the transportation industry.
- Familiarity with the grocery delivery business or refrigerated freight (Reefers).
