What You'll Do
- Install HVAC systems on residential and commercial projects
- Complete system replacements, upgrades, and new installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation issues and help resolve field challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work
- Anticipate material needs and communicate shortages before they impact production
- Help organize jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment
- Support apprentices through hands-on training and mentorship
- Work independently while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols

- Strong communication with Foremen and field leadership
- Effective mentorship of apprentices and less experienced installers

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in active construction environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18
