Position: LPN – Night Shift
- Schedule: 3/4 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation | EVO Weekend; Shift Diff

As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with providers and the healthcare team.
Your responsibilities may include:

Providing direct patient care and monitoring health status

Administering medications according to established standards and procedures

Performing nursing assessments and responding to changes in condition

Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly

Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations

Following individualized treatment and nursing care plans

Communicating with providers and other members of the healthcare team

Practicing within applicable State Scope of Practice Guidelines
