We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, working with insurance companies for coverage of our fleet vehicles, processing payments, filing, typing, data entry, and more. You will work closely with our administrative team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high quality customer care. This is a full-time position with benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create shipping labels for any shipments to and from the warehouse.
- Schedule customer installs.
- Handle all customer paperwork from installs.
- Confirm and enter all online customer orders
- Help executive team with task tracking amongst various departments.
- Keep track of appointments for people arriving at the building.
- Printing, scanning, and emailing for various departments.
- Keeping tracking of insurance policies on all company vehicles.
- Clean and maintain breakroom refrigerators and restock with drinks.
- Running errands with company vehicle or gas reimbursement.
- Airport pickup occasionally for personnel flying in.
- Store pickup for coffee, water, drinks, and snacks for staff.
- Delivering mail to correct individuals.
- Handling front door opening and directing incoming people to correct individuals.
- Ordering shirts and clothing for company personnel.
- Ordering office and cleaning supplies for buildings.
- Being a happy and presentable person at the front desk because you are the face of the company.
- Generally helping anyone with any assistant task necessary.
Option for growth includes, taking on more tasks and responsibilities from sales, accounting, human resources, and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
