Faith Medical Services is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing support, assist with patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. Client description:
The individual is a 27-year-old female with a medical history that includes scoliosis, seizure disorder, GERD, dysphagia, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, cerebral palsy, profound developmental delay, and nonverbal status. She is wheelchair-bound, incontinent of bowel and bladder, and requires total assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs). The individual also has a VNS implant and requires tube feeding for primary nutrition and hydration through a G-tube. Medications must be crushed and administered in pudding-thick water, while all other intake is provided via G-tube. She requires a 1–2 person assist for transfers and daily care needs.
Schedule:
Daily 6am-6pm
This role will need two nurses to complete the schedule.
