$22-25/ hour depending on qualifications and assessments. Higher starting wage if you have special skills and experience beyond the normal supervisor warehouse duties.

3 first year reviews after 3-months, 6-months and 12 months or sooner with high performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of 4-5 team members
-
Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics processes
-
Train and mentor staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and internal systems

Ensure compliance with safety regulations (including OSHA) and company policies

Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and transportation partners

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during shifts

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and DOT inspections for company vehicles
Qualifications:
-
2-4 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods)

Comfortable working at heights (picker forklift use required)

Basic computer, smartphone, and handheld scanner experience preferred

Prior Forklift certification required.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to obtain or currently hold a DOT Medical Card

Prior Straight Truck delivery experience in 26ft truck, desired.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required.
