Reports to: Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager
Supervises: None
Purpose:
The Product Relocation Coordinator is responsible for safe, courteous operation of the assigned vehicle to pick up and deliver equipment, parts, and supplies to or from the dealership.
Responsibilities:
Primary – Pickup and delivery of Equipment

Follows written or verbal instructions for the pickup, transport, and delivery of equipment, parts and supplies to customers of the dealership.

Properly loads and unloads the delivery vehicle.

Checks condition of equipment delivered to customers.

Gives basic operating instructions to the customer at time of delivery.

Keeps records of pickups and deliveries. Obtains necessary signatures and receipts, as required.

Operates vehicles owned by the dealership.

Keeps vehicles in good repair and makes suggestions for necessary maintenance.
- Participates in training as appropriate.

Follows all safety rules and regulations and uses safe practices in performing all work assignments.

Conducts self in the presence of customers in a manner befitting the image of the dealership.

Performs all other duties as directed by service manager.

Trucks Include: Pickup with a trailer

Must have experience steering & driving lawnmowers, compact tractors, skid steers, mini excavators, farm equipment, aerial lifts and similar equipment

Daily Tasks Include: Residential delivery & pick-up, Intercompany trucking, and pick-up of disabled equipment
