LCB Christian Microschool Academy is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and dependable educators to lead engaging virtual extracurricular classes and clubs for our K–8 students.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity for educators who enjoy thinking outside the traditional classroom and creating memorable learning experiences.

We believe learning should be engaging, hands-on, and filled with opportunities for students to explore their interests and develop confidence.
What You'll Do
As an Extracurricular Activity Teacher, you'll plan and lead fun, interactive virtual activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and student engagement.
Examples of activities may include:
Arts & Crafts
STEM Challenges & Science Experiments
Gaming & Sports Clubs
Book Clubs
Drama & Reader's Theater
Music & Movement
Cooking & Kitchen Science
Virtual Field Trips
Trivia & Escape Rooms
Holiday Celebrations & Special Events
Game Days & Social Clubs
Bible Devotions or Character-Building Activities (optional depending on the program)

Responsibilities
✅ Plan engaging weekly enrichment activities
✅ Create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging virtual classroom environment
✅ Encourage participation and build positive relationships with students
✅ Communicate professionally with the LCB team
✅ Arrive prepared and on time for each session
✅ Maintain a safe and respectful online learning environment
Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible scheduling based on program needs
- Most activities are held during weekday daytime hours or designated enrichment times
- Additional opportunities may become available throughout the school year
Compensation
$17–$22 per hour, based on experience and the activity being taught.

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Teaching, tutoring, coaching, youth leadership, or camp experience
- Experience working with elementary or middle school students
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Comfortable using Zoom or other online learning platforms
