Position Summary
We are seeking a driven Remote Semiconductor Inside Sales Broker with a proven background in product-based B2B sales and required experience in the semiconductor or electronic components industry. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, sourcing components, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced market.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus a high-commission structure, paid monthly with no cap, rewarding high performers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and lead follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Source semiconductor and electronic components based on customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing, availability, and terms to secure and close deals.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment.
Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and revenue targets.
Stay up to date on semiconductor market trends, pricing, and supply chain dynamics.
Collaborate with internal purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of product-based B2B sales experience.
Required: Direct experience in semiconductor brokerage, electronic components, or semiconductor distribution.
Strong skills in cold calling, email outreach, negotiation, and closing.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, competitive, and results-driven.
