Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Acupuncturist to join our new practice. In this role, you will provide expert acupuncture treatments aimed at alleviating pain, improving overall wellness, and supporting patient recovery. Your expertise in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), anatomy, and physiology will be essential in delivering personalized care that enhances patient outcomes. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans
- Perform acupuncture procedures utilizing sterile techniques and precise needle placement to target specific pain points and promote healing
- Apply trigger point therapy and other advanced modalities to manage acute pain and facilitate muscle relaxation
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient visits, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and aseptic treatment environment adhering to all health regulations and standards
Experience
- Proven experience in pain medicine, acute pain management, or related fields with a focus on trigger point therapy and acupuncture techniques
- Hands-on experience in direct patient care settings, providing personalized treatments for diverse conditions
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
