Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in LTC, ER, and Med/Surg departments, adapting to various clinical settings as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility protocols.
Execute clinical procedures with precision, including administering medications, IV therapy, and wound care.
Float between departments—LTC, ER, and Med/Surg—providing consistent, high‑quality patient care and support.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program
CPR certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years experience in Long‑Term Care, Emergency Room, or Medical/Surgical settings
Ability to float between departments
