As a Garde Manger / Appetizers / Cold Side Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen, preparing and presenting cold dishes, appetizers, and other menu items with precision and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is eager to contribute their skills to a team that values excellence and artistry in every plate.
- Prepare and plate cold dishes, appetizers, and other menu items with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the restaurant’s high standards for quality and consistency.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, especially for cold dishes and appetizers.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing plates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
