The Snohomish Co-Op is a retail farm & feed store. We have been serving the local Snohomish community for over 85 years. We are adamantly dedicated to our employees, community, and membership. We are looking for long-term candidates willing to grow within our small business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform basic retail sales duties, including up-selling and cross-selling products

Operate cash register & POS system
-
Open/close store; prepare nightly deposits
-
Assist customers with specialized farm and feed knowledge
-
Coordinate answering phones, and in-store customers
-
Restock shelves with products & remerchandise sections of the store with instruction
-
Assist with counting items for inventory maintenance
Seasonally - - assist customers with baby chick & poultry purchases

Gather customer orders of various items located in the yard & warehouse
Operate forklift - - loading & unloading pallets of product

Any other duties as assigned by a manager of the leadership team
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Must be 18+
-
Full Time Position (32-40 hours/week)
Must have open availability - - mornings, evenings, & weekends

Farm experience and knowledge is highly preferred
-
Must be able to consistently lift 30-85+ pounds repeatedly
