CARPENTRY — CLOSET PARTITION DEMO & SLIDING DOOR INSTALL

Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Remove the partition wall in the middle of the closet to open up the space
- Frame and drywall-patch the resulting opening so it's clean and finished for the sliding door track
- Install new sliding closet doors in the opening, doors are supplied by the customer
- Confirm the door track/hardware fits the customer-supplied doors before install
- Haul away and properly dispose of all demo debris and trash
JOB DETAILS
- Target start: week of August 3, 2026 — customer wants to begin as soon as possible
- Customer is only on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
- Estimated duration: ~1–2 working days (confirm on walkthrough)
- Framing/patch materials (studs, drywall, fasteners, joint compound, etc.) will be supplied by Sentri fulfillment; crew supplies labor and tools
- A reference photo of the closet is available for scoping exact material quantities — review before start
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
PAY $1,000 — flat for the job.
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
