Galleria Dentistry is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team in beautiful Naples, Florida.
As we continue to expand and welcome an additional associate dentist, we’re searching for someone who is eager to learn, embraces technology, and wants to build a long-term career in a modern private practice.
Whether you’re assisting with comprehensive restorative care, implant dentistry, cosmetic procedures, emergency patients, or digital workflows, you’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

What You’ll Do
As a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
- Assist doctors with restorative, cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive dental procedures
- Triage and assist emergency patients
- Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans
- Capture intraoral scans and clinical photographs
- Deliver Candid Pro aligners and provide patient education
- Deliver custom whitening trays and review home-care instructions
- Prepare patients for treatment and doctor evaluations'
- Enter treatment accurately into Dentrix
- Complete detailed clinical notes and documentation
- Audit patient charts for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and clinical workflows
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to provide outstanding patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred
- Experience with digital radiographs, CBCT, intraoral scanning, and clinical photography is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn our systems, workflows, and clinical protocols
- A desire to grow alongside our expanding practice
