Position Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume hiring and onboarding efforts across multiple departments. This is a temporary, fully onsite position ideal for someone with recruiting and onboarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including completion of onboarding paperwork, orientation facilitation, and I-9 compliance.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and document management platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs across a variety of positions and departments.
- Ensure employee documentation is processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide a positive candidate and new hire experience through professional and timely communication.
- Assist with onboarding-related training coordination and delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and administrative teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, talent acquisition, or HR support.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo for candidate sourcing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of I-9 compliance and onboarding best practices.
Additional Details
- 2-month contract assignment.
- Fully onsite Monday–Friday.
- Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
