What You'll Do
- Manage residential electrical projects from start to completion
- Schedule and coordinate field technicians
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and up to NEC standards
- Order and manage materials for upcoming projects
- Support and train field technicians
- Solve job site challenges and maintain excellent customer communication
- Ensure quality control and efficient daily operations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow with the company
