Creative Brain Learning is hiring energetic and dedicated After-School Program Leaders to join our innovative enrichment team for the 2026–27 school year. As part of the Beyond the Bell initiative, our program serves LAUSD elementary schools, offering students a safe, structured, and inspiring space to learn and grow after school.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a class of 10–20 students in daily enrichment activities
- Deliver structured lessons using provided curriculum and your own creativity
- Support students with homework and academic reinforcement
- Ensure student safety and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and teammates
- Assist with daily setup, cleanup, and program transitions
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting respect and teamwork
- Physical Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be able to Stand and Walk around for extended periods of time
- Be able to move safely on irregular and/or uneven terrain on a regular basis, occasional running and other strenuous physical activity.
- Be able to hear, see and communicate verbally without issues and additional aides
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Be able to lift and move a minimum of 30 lbs
- Be able to reach overhead and reach down to the floor without any issues
- Be able to sit on the floor and return to a standing position
- Be able to perform some physical work, such as: kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects.
- Physical work is a primary part of the job (more than 70%) and involves frequent standing and walking.
- Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Must have reliable transportation

- High School Completion, PLUS 48 college credits or higher completed

Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:00–6:00 PM
- Tuesday (minimum day): 1:00–6:00 PM
- Full availability preferred; substitute positions available for select days
