Our Firm is currently in a high-growth period, we are looking for an eager CA licensed attorney to jump in and assist our law high-volume Firm in reviewing digital and wet-ink California documents from Washington State. We have a great team of attorneys and a large support staff.

Qualifications
- Required Education – JD
- Actively barred in: California
- Resides in Washington State - within commuting distance of Kirkland, WA
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledgeable regarding litigation practice, the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and federal statutes such as the FDCPA
- Barred in additional states
Responsibilities
- Work from headquarters located in Kirkland, WA
- Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial
- Make intermittent remote court appearances on behalf of our clients
There is no billable-hour component to this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
