Creating the best driver experience is the root of this strategy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of Amazon packages to our customers. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for navigating routes, managing deliveries, and maintaining the integrity of laws and policies.
Responsibilities
- As a Delivery Associate, you can expect to work 3-4 days per week
- Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times (Delivery Vehicles Provided)
- Safe and efficient delivery of 150 - 250 packages to include Apartments, Condos, Townhomes, and commercial locations with stairs required
- You must adhere to all Amazon and Delivery Service Partner policies and regulations while picking up, loading/unpacking and delivering packages in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
- You must maintain Safe/Legal Driving, which will be measured against seatbelt usage, obeying all applicable traffic rules and road signs, driving in accordance with weather / road conditions, and being mindful of the community we serve
- Bring a good attitude; we deliver smiles to our local and surrounding communities, and you will be asked to join us in community events as we give back to those around us
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Able to lift climb stairs on a regular basis
- Familiar with and able to operate smartphone & GPS
